Tanya’s motivation is amplified by her love of the Kapiti Coast, which has always been her home. She has spent time living in London and exploring diverse destinations across Europe, Egypt, Barcelona and the Canary Islands, but says it only made her appreciate her home town, community and culture even more.
Coming back to the greenery of New Zealand tugged on her heart strings, as did the chance to raise her three daughters in the same place she grew up.
Tanya shares the team’s commitment to continuous improvement and is always working on ways to better herself and aspects of her role.
“The amazing history and beautiful scenery overseas is memorable, but I cannot imagine living elsewhere. I love raising my children in a tight-knit community where everyone watches out for each other.”
